Use MiCompanion to generate, share, or spread:
Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
False, misleading, or deceptive information.
Inappropriate, explicit, or unlawful content.
Attempt to:
Reverse-engineer, copy, or extract AI models or responses.
Bypass security measures, restrictions, or rate limits.
Use AI-generated content for unethical, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
Engage in:
Automated or mass data scraping of responses.
Impersonation of another person or entity.
MiCompanion reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. 6. AI Training & Data Usage
Storage & Retention: AI interactions may be stored to improve platform performance.
AI Model Training: MiCompanion may use anonymized data to enhance AI capabilities.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes must first be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver: Users cannot file or participate in class-action lawsuits against MiCompanion.
Time Limit for Claims: Any legal claim must be filed within 1 year of the incident.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
11. Account Termination & Suspension MiCompanion reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-Generated Content: MiCompanion retains ownership of AI-generated responses.
