MiCompanion is a personal, AI-powered chat platform created to support you on your journey of self-discovery, mindset improvement, and emotional well-being.

You can talk to MiCo—your AI companion—anytime, anywhere.

What can I talk to MiCompanion about?

Whether you want to celebrate a win, vent about

something tough, or explore your thoughts, MiCo is here to listen.

Examples of what you can say:

Privacy & Data Protection

Is my chat saved?

No full chat histories are stored. MiCo retains small pieces of relevant information to personalize your experience, but your conversations are not saved or reviewed.

Does MiCompanion sell my data?

Absolutely not. Your personal information is never shared or sold.

Can I opt out of AI training? (coming soon)

Yes. Just go to Settings → Privacy Preferences and disable training.

How do I keep my account secure?

• Use a unique, strong password

• Enable two-factor authentication (if available)

AI Limitations & Ethics

Can MiCompanion give professional advice?

No. MiCo is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. It’s here for support, not for licensed advice.

Does MiCompanion sell my data?

Absolutely not. Your personal information is never shared or sold.

Can MiCo talk about anything

MiCo avoids politics, legal topics, and highly sensitive content. While it’s designed to be supportive and empathetic, it’s

not perfect.

Is MiCo a replacement for a therapist?

No. MiCo is a wellness companion — not a substitute for human care. It supports reflection and mindfulness, but it’s

not a replacement for therapy or coaching.

Why does MiCompanion ask for feedback?

Your feedback helps us improve. From time to time, you may be asked how the chat made you feel (Better / Same / Worse).

What if MiCompanion says something off?

• Click the feedback button during chat

Service Availability

MiCo isn’t responding — why?

Possible reasons:

• Routine maintenance (usually under 30 mins)

• Outdated browser

• Temporary connection issue (try refreshing)

Subscription & Account Management

How do I cancel my subscription?

• Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel

• You’ll keep access until your billing cycle ends

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account Preferences → Delete Account
